Balloon Arch Hire

Create an entrance worth celebrating with a bespoke balloon arch. Our balloon arch hire service includes professional design and installation, with the size, shape and colours tailored to your occasion.

Choose a freestanding arch to frame a focal point or an arrangement around your venue entrance. From soft wedding shades to bright birthday colours and company branding, we build each design around your ideas.

You can also add florals, bows, themed cut-outs, personalised signage, Orbz or foil balloons to make the finished arch feel your own.

Balloon Arch Hire in Your Chosen Size and Shape

Every venue offers a different space to work with. That is why we plan your arch around its location, rather than asking you to fit your celebration around one standard design.

A wide arch can frame a generous entrance, while a taller, narrower shape may suit a smaller doorway. We can also vary the fullness and balance of the balloons to create a neat outline or a more flowing, asymmetric arrangement.

For a freestanding balloon arch, consider what guests will see through the opening. It could frame a welcome area, a party entrance or a space for photographs.

Send us a photograph and measurements of your chosen location. We can then discuss the proportions and allow room for guests to pass comfortably beneath or beside the display.

Choose Your Balloon Colours and Finishes

Colour makes a huge difference to the finished design. You might choose a single shade, a soft blend of complementary colours or a bold combination inspired by your theme.

We offer both single and double-stuffed balloons. Double stuffing involves placing one balloon inside another to create a different shade and a more opaque finish. This gives us more flexibility when working towards a particular colour palette.

For extra contrast, add reflective Orbz or shaped foil balloons. These can introduce a metallic detail or bring a theme into the arch. We will discuss the combination that works best for your design and budget.

Personalise Your Arch with Flowers, Bows and Signage

Your balloon arch can include more than balloons. Florals bring texture and suit romantic celebrations, while bows add a playful or elegant detail.

Themed cut-outs can help tell the story of a children’s party. Alternatively, personalised signage can introduce a name, age, greeting or company message.

We plan these additions alongside the balloons so their colours, scale and placement work together. Tell us which details matter most, and we will include your chosen extras in the quote.

Wedding Balloon Arch Designs

A wedding balloon arch can welcome guests at the entrance or frame a photograph area at your reception. Choose colours that complement your flowers, stationery and surrounding decor.

For a softer finish, combine a gentle colour palette with floral details. Alternatively, use a bolder design to introduce the evening celebration.

We can coordinate your arch with other hire items from our collection, helping you carry the same colours and styling through the venue.

Balloon Arches for Birthdays and Corporate Events

For birthdays, an arch creates a clear arrival point and sets the theme before guests step inside. Add age balloons, colourful foils or themed cut-outs to make the display personal.

Baby showers and engagement parties also offer plenty of scope for a bespoke design. Your arch can reflect a favourite colour combination, a celebration theme or a personalised message.

For corporate events, we can work towards your brand palette and incorporate signage or cut-outs. Use an arch to highlight an entrance for a launch, company celebration or customer event.

What Affects Balloon Arch Prices?

Balloon arch prices depend on the size, shape and fullness of your design. The balloon finish also matters, as double stuffing uses additional balloons and preparation.

Orbz, foil balloons, florals, bows, cut-outs and signage can all affect the final cost. We also consider the venue location, access and installation requirements when preparing your quote.

Share your budget alongside your inspiration photographs. This helps us suggest a suitable scale and focus the detail where it will have the most impact.
