If you’re looking to focus on a few special areas, smaller wedding decoration bookings can start from £500.
You might choose to style your ceremony area, create a beautiful welcome display or add selected decorations to your reception. We’ll help you make the most of your budget and choose the pieces that will have the biggest impact.
For couples looking for more extensive styling across their ceremony and reception, wedding bookings typically range from £1,500 to £3,500.
This could include a floral arch, centrepieces, top table flowers, signage, candles and chair dressing, depending on your style, guest numbers and the areas you’d like us to decorate. We’ll work with you to create a coordinated look that feels personal and reflects your plans.
These are guide budgets rather than fixed packages, so the final price may vary. Larger quantities, bespoke features or more detailed installations may take the total beyond this range. Your quote will clearly confirm everything included.
Pre-made 8ft × 8ft backdrops, including flower walls and sequin walls, start from £220.
Backdrops are perfect for photographs, cake displays, welcome areas or creating a beautiful focal point at your venue. You can hire one on its own or style it with balloons, flowers, personalised signage and other finishing touches.
The starting price covers the backdrop itself. Any additional styling, delivery, installation and collection requirements will be included in your quote.
This may include welcome signs, table plans, seating charts, menus, table numbers or other personalised details. The final price depends on the size, material, wording, design and finish you choose.
We can create signage as a standalone item or coordinate it with your backdrop, balloon display, flowers and wider event styling.

Our balloon displays are priced by the metre of balloon work used to create the design:
Single-stuffed balloons: £45 per metre.
Double-stuffed balloons: £65 per metre.
Single-stuffed balloons use one balloon in your chosen colour. Double-stuffing involves placing one balloon inside another to create custom shades, giving you more flexibility when matching a particular colour palette or brand colour.
The number of metres quoted refers to the balloon work used throughout your display, including the extra volume needed to create its shape, depth and fullness. It does not directly describe the finished installation’s length, width or height.
For example, a display quoted at eight metres may finish around five metres long, with the remaining three metres used to build out and shape the arrangement. This is only an example, as the finished dimensions will depend on the design.
We’ll talk you through the amount of balloon work needed to achieve the look you want and make sure the installation works well in your space.

Ideal for a fuller backdrop arrangement or a larger feature with balloons extending around several parts of the design.

These prices cover the balloon element. Backdrops, plinths, flowers, signage and other decorative pieces are additional, along with any applicable delivery, installation and collection charges.
Floral pricing depends on the size, fullness and type of arrangement, as well as whether you choose fresh flowers, faux flowers or a combination of both.
Fresh flower choices and quantities will influence the cost, while our faux floral hire ranges offer ready-made designs with coordinating pieces. If you have a particular style or colour palette in mind, send it our way and we can talk through the options that suit your event and budget.
Personalised signage and custom details include design and production work, as well as any hire items used in your display. The size, material, wording and complexity of the design all contribute to the price.
Completely bespoke decor is quoted individually. Creating something new may involve developing the design, sourcing materials and building or finishing the piece especially for your event.
If you have a bespoke idea in mind, sharing your budget with us early on helps us find the best way to bring it to life.
The practical details of your booking depend on your venue location, the size of your display, the time needed on site and the people and transport required.
Venue access is also important. Stairs, long carrying distances, restricted loading areas and short setup windows can all affect how we plan your installation. Collection timings, parking and any applicable travel charges will also be considered when preparing your quote.
We deliver and install bookings over £300, with selected items available for dry hire on smaller bookings. The £300 threshold does not mean delivery and installation are free; any relevant charges will be clearly shown in your quote.
