Backdrop Hire

Backdrop Hire

Create a statement focal point for your celebration with our backdrop hire collection, featuring designs for weddings, parties, corporate events and special occasions.

Our range includes sequin walls, flower walls and foliage walls alongside wooden sailboard backdrops, wooden arches, a wooden wedding arch, gold moongate hoops, metal columns and completely bespoke corporate step and repeat backdrops.

We can also transform many of our backdrop structures using flowers, balloons, personalised signage and other décor, allowing us to create something specifically around your event rather than limiting you to a collection of pre-designed walls.

Whether you want a backdrop for photographs, a statement display behind a cake or dessert table, or a completely bespoke themed setup, we can help you create a design that works with your venue and the rest of your event styling.

Wedding Backdrop Hire

Our wedding backdrop hire collection includes options for everything from romantic floral weddings to natural, modern and contemporary celebrations.

A wedding backdrop can create a focal point within your venue, whether it’s positioned behind your top table, incorporated into a cake display or used to create a beautiful area for photographs.

Depending on your wedding style, you might choose an abundant flower wall, a foliage backdrop, our wooden wedding arch, a gold moongate dressed with flowers, or use one of our other structures as the starting point for something more bespoke.

Your backdrop can also be coordinated with your wider wedding décor, repeating flowers, colours and styling details used elsewhere throughout your venue.

Event & Party Backdrop Hire

Our event backdrop hire collection can be adapted for birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events and other celebrations.

For parties, we can create complete themed displays using wooden sailboards, wooden arches, balloons, personalised details, florals, plinths and other décor. Rather than simply choosing a backdrop and adding it to the room, we can design the entire feature around your theme or colour palette.

Our party backdrop hire can therefore look completely different from one event to another, even when the same underlying structures are used.

From a children’s birthday theme to an elegant milestone celebration, the styling surrounding the backdrop is what allows us to create something individual to your event.

Bespoke Wooden Backdrops & Sailboards

Our wooden sailboards and arches are some of our most versatile backdrop options because they can be transformed to suit completely different events.

Sailboards can be painted to complement your chosen colour palette and incorporated into larger displays with balloons, flowers, personalised signage, plinths and other decorative elements.

Our wooden arches can also be used as the structure for bespoke themed setups, with the styling adapted around the occasion rather than being restricted to one permanent design.

This gives us the freedom to create a backdrop around your event rather than asking you to choose the closest option from a collection of finished designs.

They’re particularly effective for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers and other celebrations where you want the backdrop to reflect a specific theme, colour scheme or personalised design.

Wooden Wedding Arch

For weddings, we also have a dedicated wooden wedding arch that offers a completely different look from our flower walls and other backdrop designs.

The natural wooden structure works beautifully for weddings where you want something softer, rustic or more understated and can be styled with florals to complement the rest of your wedding décor.

It creates a defined focal point for your ceremony while allowing the wooden structure itself to remain part of the finished design.

You can explore the individual Wooden Wedding Arch page for more information and previous setups.

Corporate & Step and Repeat Backdrops

For corporate events, we can create bespoke step and repeat backdrops designed around your company or event.

Rather than offering one generic corporate backdrop, these can be created specifically for the occasion, giving you a professional branded focal point for photographs, arrivals, launches and other event areas.

We can also incorporate additional styling around your corporate backdrop where required, helping the display feel like part of the event design rather than simply a printed background.

If you have brand guidelines, artwork or inspiration for the event, send them to us when enquiring so we can discuss what’s possible.

Flower & Foliage Wall Backdrops

Our flower and foliage walls provide an instant statement backdrop with plenty of texture and detail.

Flower walls work beautifully for romantic and floral styling, while our foliage walls offer a more greenery-led alternative that can suit everything from weddings to parties and corporate events.

Both can be used as standalone features or incorporated into a wider display with additional décor.

Sequin & Shimmer Wall Backdrops

For something with more sparkle, our sequin walls create a statement backdrop that reacts beautifully to light and movement.

They’re particularly effective for parties and evening events, where the reflective surface adds another dimension to the display and creates a striking background for photographs.

A sequin wall can be styled on its own for a cleaner finish or combined with balloons, signage, neon lights and other décor to create a larger feature.

Gold Moongate Backdrops

Our gold moongate hoops provide a versatile framework that can be transformed with either flowers or balloons.

The circular shape creates a natural focal point while leaving us plenty of flexibility with the styling surrounding it.

For weddings, a moongate can be dressed with florals for a softer finish, while balloon styling can completely change its appearance for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers and other celebrations.

The design can be adapted around your colour palette and the wider décor you’re using throughout your event.

Metal Column Backdrops

Our metal columns offer another way to create a bespoke backdrop or feature display.

They can be styled with balloons or flowers and used individually or as part of a larger arrangement, allowing us to create different heights and shapes within the setup.

They’re particularly useful when we want to create something more dimensional than a traditional flat backdrop, giving us the freedom to build the display around your event rather than working within the shape of a wall.

Photo Backdrop Hire

A backdrop is an easy way to create a dedicated photo area within your venue while also becoming part of the event décor itself.

Rather than relying on an existing wall or trying to find a suitable corner for photographs, a statement backdrop gives guests an obvious place to gather and take pictures.

Flower walls, foliage walls and sequin walls work particularly well as photo backdrops, while our sailboards, wooden arches, moongates and bespoke designs allow us to create something much more personalised.

For corporate events, a bespoke step and repeat backdrop can also provide a branded background for event photography.

Bespoke Backdrop Design

You aren’t limited to choosing a finished backdrop exactly as you see it in our existing collection.

Some of our structures have specifically been chosen because of how versatile they are. Wooden sailboards can be repainted, wooden arches can become the foundation of completely different themed displays, and our moongates and metal columns can be dressed with flowers or balloons.

Different pieces can also be combined to create a larger setup with varying shapes, heights and layers.

If you have a particular theme, colour palette or inspiration image in mind, send it to us. We can look at the overall design you’re trying to achieve and discuss which pieces from our collection could be adapted or combined to create it.

Choosing the Right Backdrop for Your Venue

The right backdrop isn’t only about choosing your favourite design.

The available space, ceiling height, existing features within the venue and where the backdrop will be positioned can all affect how the finished setup looks.

It’s also worth considering what you want the backdrop to achieve. A wedding backdrop may need a very different design from a photo backdrop at a birthday party or a branded feature at a corporate event.

If you’re unsure which option will work best, send us your venue details and inspiration and we can help you choose an existing backdrop or discuss creating something more bespoke.

Professional Backdrop Hire & Installation

Hiring a backdrop means you don’t need to purchase a large display, work out how to transport it or assemble it yourself at your venue.

For our installed bookings, we take care of the practical side, including delivery, setup and collection, so your backdrop is positioned and styled ready for your event.

Where we’re creating a larger display, we can also install the surrounding balloons, flowers, signage, plinths and other décor as part of the overall setup.
