The booking process so was easy and they made sure that I booked exactly what I wanted for the space/occasion. When it came to setting up they were so helpful, and even organised dismantling and collection with the staff at the venue so we did not have to worry about that. We had so many comments about how great the venue looked with the lights and flower wall! They reminded us that they were only a phone call away if we needed anything else.
