When I called through to Imogen, she immediately took away my concern and used her experience from multiple events to guide me through the colour schemes, ideas and also assisted me by recommending quality children’s entertainers. As you find with many companies in this industry, you have to do a lot of chasing and have worry when the phone isn’t answered, but this was not the case here! I never had to chase as I was kept well-informed at every stage and even had pictures sent to me during the preparation of the decor which was a nice surprise and put my mind at ease. The quality of the decor and the professionalism was 2nd to none, and I was beyond impressed.
