As you find with many companies in this industry, you have to do a lot of chasing and have worry when the phone isn’t answered, but this was not the case here! I never had to chase as I was kept well-informed at every stage and even had pictures sent to me during the preparation of the decor which was a nice surprise and put my mind at ease.
